Nova Silva Housing (The Acerage LLC) sends text messages to current and prospective tenants of our Cleveland Heights, Ohio rental homes. Messages cover maintenance scheduling and updates, showing appointments, lease and rent reminders, property notices, and replies to your questions. We do not send marketing texts.

How you opt in

By submitting the form at novasilvahousing.com/sms with the consent box checked, texting START to (216) 307-2922, or checking the text-message consent box on your rental application or lease. Consent is not a condition of renting or any purchase.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies, typically 2–4 messages per month.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, per your mobile carrier plan.

Opting out

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You'll receive one confirmation text and no further messages. Reply UNSTOP or START to resubscribe.
